Milo4d Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

Milo4D ("we", "platform", "website") provides online entertainment services to eligible members in Malaysia, including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting (football, badminton, and more), table games, and Jackpot.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all services, features, and content provided by Milo4D through the website at the domain milo4d.click and any associated mobile applications.

Each milo4d member is permitted to register and hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information – including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address
• Ensuring the bank account number or e-wallet registered is in your own name
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone
• Notify Milo4D immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

Milo4D will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's own disclosure of login credentials to a third party. All activity carried out using your login details will be treated as your own.

Milo4d accepts deposits via official Malaysian payment methods only. All accepted payment methods are as follows:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same member's name. milo4d reserves the right to reject or hold any suspicious deposit for fraud or anti-money laundering review.

Withdrawal of winnings from your milo4d account is subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process
• No unresolved fraud or suspicious activity on the account in question
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM50,000 (subject to VIP level limits)
• Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment method registered in the member's name

Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallet methods and 1 to 3 hours for bank transfers. Withdrawals requiring additional security verification may take up to 24 hours.

Milo4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (a copy of your MyKad or passport) before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain limit. This is a standard procedure to protect the security of your account.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Milo4D are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective promotion's terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically after the stated period
• The welcome bonus is available to new members making their first deposit only – once per member, per phone number, per IP address, and per device
• Milo4d reserves the right to void bonuses where there are signs of misuse, fraud, or a breach of terms

Milo4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Milo4D's decisions regarding bonus claims are final.

Members agree to:

• Not to use any automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to assist or automate gameplay

Milo4d reserves the right to void any bet or round that is demonstrably affected by a technical error. In such cases, all wagered funds will be returned to the member's account.

Milo4d's Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports including football (Malaysia Super League, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup, All England), esports, and more.

The following specific conditions apply to Sports Betting:

• All accepted bets are final upon system confirmation. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances outlined in the Sports Betting rules.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be fully refunded
• For in-play betting, odds may change at any time. Bets successfully accepted at a specific set of odds will be settled at those odds, even if the odds change afterwards.
• Milo4d reserves the right to limit or reject bets from specific members at the platform's absolute discretion, particularly where there are indicators of exploitation or fraud
• Bets exceeding the maximum limit set for a given market will not be accepted.

Milo4d members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly at all times while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Money laundering or the transfer of illegally obtained funds through the milo4d platform
• Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, including syndicate betting or match-fixing
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems or security
• Spreading false or misleading information about milo4d to other users
• Filing unauthorised chargebacks after deposits have been used for gameplay
• Abusing the customer service function through offensive language, threats, or harassment directed at staff

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all active bonuses, and withholding of the account balance pending completion of an investigation.

Members may close their Milo4D account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closures requested by members will be processed within 3 business days, and any remaining account balance (if applicable, after deducting any active rollover requirements) will be returned to the original payment method.

Milo4d reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that a member does not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., underage, located outside Malaysia)
• Suspicious or fraud-related activity currently under investigation
• Requests from relevant legal authorities

For applications self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes, members can activate this feature directly through account settings. Self-exclusion blocks access to the account for the chosen period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently).

Milo4d will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the platform due to technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control
• Game outcomes that do not go in your favour – all games use a fair random system and milo4d has no influence over results
• Losses resulting from a member's own disclosure of login credentials to unauthorised parties
• Internet service disruptions or issues with the member's device

Milo4D's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the preceding 12 months.

Milo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendment notices will be posted on this page with the updated date.

It is each member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
